This policy explains what information Leon Gaffar collects when you use this website, why, and who it's shared with.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, email address, business name, message and budget range you provide.

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and provide a quote. We do not use it for marketing unless you separately opt in, and we do not sell it to third parties.

Who we share it with

Submitting the contact form sends your details to the following third-party services, each acting as a data processor on our behalf:

• Cloudflare — hosts this website and the function that receives form submissions.
• Anthropic — your name, business name and message (not your email address) are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to draft a short summary and suggested reply for our own use. This draft is never sent to you automatically — it's reviewed and sent to you directly, by email, once reviewed.
• Resend — used to send you a fixed acknowledgement email confirming we've received your enquiry, and to send a notification containing your details. Your email address, and the message content, pass through this service to send those emails.

How long we keep it

We don't currently hold enquiries in a database — each one exists only as the notification email and the acknowledgement sent to you, both retained in our mailbox only for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to carry out the work.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us what data we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact [email protected] for any of these requests.
